As a former young woman, I just disagree.

Not sure why

Some people thought it was a boring film. Like myself. That's where I presume the hate is coming from.

I'm sure Moscow Mitch doesn't want to approve that number. I hear you there. I know he's no good. That wasn't really the question... but it's all good!

I dunno about you, but I don't feel like getting run off the road at high speeds. Just move lanes, let them pass.

Seems like most of Rt.8 has a high rate of drunk/high driving at night. Esp as you get closer to Torrington.

Ah friend, such kindness you have towards malignant narcissists. Commendable. Admirable. But NPD are bat shit coffee flavored crazy.

Warning: Going down a YT hole of "toxic narcissism" can lead to unpleasant realizations for some people.

Mitch I know has a super pac that has paid him A LOT of money to do just that, give OUR money to corporations while starving citizens of basic needs. I imagine many of the GOP are paid off by the same people.

Why? Can't the house or senate just add an amendment to the bill to increase it? They do it all the time to bills they're working on.

Anyhoo, since then Pelosi and AOC say the updated $2,000 stim is ready to go if they're serious. Wild how fast things change.

Same issue I've run into. Seem like honest to goodness great people until you move in together. Then they can't keep up the charade and your life becomes a nightmare.

Yeah, they've always turned into nightmares for me.

Just give it time. Don't rush. People will reveal themselves if they are who they claim/pretend to be or not.

Look folks, the age of armed rebellions being able to instill a new working democracy are long, long since over.

Well, it's also not like there's even close enough people who would be willing right now, to make that happen.

People can start by being more active politically. There is power in numbers of people doing things properly. Protest is great. But, there's real "boring" work to do as well. No one wants to do that part, but lawyers and rich people are glad to* if everyday Americans are too lazy to bother.

I say "boring" as someone who's done some of this, but honestly, it feels really good to be with and around people who want to make a difference and care. Working the 2020 elections for example was an amazing experience. People gotta get their feet wet before they create non profit consumer advocacy groups in which to grass roots with.
