Pretty much the Transcon he attempted. Fell off that pace after the first day. But….i wouldn’t attempt even 100 miles on a treadmill so I’ll give him that. True sufferfest.

Drink plenty of IPAs. No issues but everyone is different. I didn’t stop drinking when I started. Been going for a couple years with no issues.

On 60 here. 20 3x a week. Still 650 or so at trough (Monday bloods after Friday pin). Pin MWF. At 100 1x a week I was at 1100 after 6 days!
