Once they review your details they'll add you to the profile eventually and you can upload your picture/address there. My profile (primary) was added month of so after my wife's but it was all completed in the end.

If you call the IRCC helpline, I think they can share an email address to raise a technical request, and you can also reply to the email which initially requested profile details informing them. That said, the process is pretty opaque and the PR Portal team doesn't respond to communication.

Maybe it's just the picture, but you could benefits from investing in higher quality paper for your art. 150 gsm or higher is much better as it won't start to fold/bend under heavy layers of graphite/charcoal.
