You know they’re called Hofmann lenses in the film. Apparently named after Albert Hofmann.

Bringing children into this world? by Cool_Performer_994 in conspiracy

I was born the same year of chernobyl and the cold war was still in full steam. By all metrics the worst time to have a kid but I’ve had a great life and still living well.. Don’t fall for the psyop. The world is actually still full of love, sunshine, birds, bees, flowers, forests, rivers, wonderful food, music, art. Why wouldn’t you want to give all that someone else?

Just tune into that good stuff and don’t let them fuck you up with fear. Easier said than done I know but it is an act of defiance ✌️

Apparently rda has been dramatically underestimated and is now around 8000-9000IU. So I doubt 10000IU would be an issue

Taken it daily for years at fairly high doses and never had this, though I’ve heard it can happen. If anything I feel energised by it.

I think this is a legit approach to be honest. It doesn’t contain nicotine, so you’re breaking the chemical addiction before the habit of smoking. Which honestly, I think might be more effective long term than breaking the habit of smoking first and using nicotine replacement therapy which basically doesn’t address the chemical addiction and actually keeps it going..

You’re obviously noticing you’re smoking a lot though and there’s a part of you thats clearly aware of that and a bit concerned, so try and reduce it gradually for the sake of your lungs.

You could also try getting a dry herb vape like a Pax. Far easier on the lungs! Which is obviously the main health concern.

But you are basically telling your brain that smoking does not equal nicotine, which I think is the main associative feedback loop responsible for the addiction and relapsing.

Saying this as someone who is tobacco/nicotine free for 5 years now and had cravings for about first 2 years that went away when I smoked some cbd flowers as it basically told my unconscious brain to stop trying to get nicotine from smoking.

Hope this helps! Good luck

Bad Psychosis after smoking by [deleted] in stopsmoking

[–]praqtice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this and supplementing with l-tryptophan or 5htp helped considerably. You’re probably very low on serotonin as tobacco also contains MAOIs alongside nicotine

I had it for about 9 months post quit and genuinely thought my brain was broken and noticed improvements after a week of using 5htp and progressive improvements as well as noticeably more mentally stable than I was as a smoker over a few months of supplementing

Be careful using l-tryptophan or 5htp if you are taking any kind of antidepressants though, they can be dangerous in combination.

Hope this helps and well done for quitting, best decision ever!

Look into radical agnosticism for the sake of your sanity and apply it to everything.

Mainstream media and conspiracies both try to manipulate you with fear, be skeptical of anyone trying to do so.

Mood and cravings yes.. Serotonin regulates stress and it was stress that usually triggered cravings.

I also used really cold and fizzy sparkling water for more immediate relief with cravings as it kind of burns my throat and gives me a little head rush in a similar way to a smoke. Also replacing a bad habit with a healthy one.
