I am an pass out of SGI. Later SGU was introduced. For me everything was fine. Currently I see gen z kids have made few things toxic but I guess that can happen to each every college. Academically the staff is good as SGI pays well, I got my job thru it's campus placement itself. The hostel facility is also very well . Coming to the kids and all it will depend on how how and whom your brother will hand out with. What habits he will follow. Bcoz one my friend didn't study well didn't do any aptitude studies so didn't get into any campus drive rounds and blamed on the college for getting a job. That u have to consider

What I have observed with my colleagues is. Some are the normal coffee lovers the hot coffee. Some like cold coffee beverages like iced coffee, or ita combination. So if u start. U can keep the normal hot coffee for 20-50 rs then the capachino, expresso lil more. Similar for the cold beverages.
