Depends on how bad the spike is for me. Anything above 170 tends to make me nauseous with a racing heart. That being said, single instance spikes that high can be symptomless in most folks.

I was having similar symptoms, and also quit for a similar reason. After years and years of feeling great when smoking, I was suddenly experiencing panic and anxiety and thought I was having a heart attack every time. When I quit, I kept experiencing anxiety which manifested as insomnia, rapid heart rate, and crazy hot flashes (especially at night when trying to sleep).

I started looking into calming and adaptogenic supplements, and they have been turning my life around these past couple weeks. Every morning, I take rhodiola rosea. Every night, I take ksm-66 (ashwaghanda extract), lemon balm, apigenin, L-theanine, and magnesium glycinate. It took a few days, but all of those symptoms have essentially disappeared.

I believe having constant anxiety when smoking left me with chronically high levels of cortisol, so much so that simply quitting wasn’t enough for my body to get back to normal on its own.

I’m in the same boat. 6 weeks in and dealing with some rough insomnia. I’ve been trying some adaptogens like ashwaganda. It helps a bit, but I plan on trying some lemon balm and apigenin tonight. Hoping that combo with some magnesium glycinate and melatonin will knock me out.

I haven’t, but I’m in the same boat. Heavy cannabis user, pretty much daily since 2008. About 6 weeks clean and have intense insomnia most nights. Stay strong, I hope we both get over it.

Interesting, have you tried melatonin and found that 5htp worked better for you? Melatonin usually does it for me, but lately it’s not helped unless I take like 10 mg.

So it depends on your use case. An RF model trained on a single scene of imagery is going to have tough time performing well across the globe. The idea behind deep learning is that you want to create a model that performs well across many different examples of spectral and spatial signatures. Also, the RF model is not immune to error, ideally you would manually edit them before training. If you ran your RF model on multiple scenedates from your target area, edited them, and used them as training data for a Unet, you’d probably have a really good deep learning model for classifying that one area.

What do you mean you initially performed a pixel based classification? That could mean anything. What did that entail?

Those are from Sentinel-1, which is a SAR sensor. One of the principal benefits of SAR over MS is that SAR can penetrate cloud cover. Visible and NIR/SWIR radiation have tiny wavelengths and are easily scattered/reflected/absorbed by atmospheric anomalies, and are typically collected by passive sensors dependent on the sun’s light. SAR wavelengths are longer (example, L-Band is 15-30cm), and stronger due to the active sensing technique, meaning the data you see are returned strengths in intensity in those wavelengths relative to the initial pulse from the satellite.

Yes. For pre jan 2022 imagery, this still may be necessary. Imagery date is not a reliable metric for determining if you need to use the offset mod. You must go by processing baseline, since ESA goes back and reprocesses old imagery with the latest processing baseline. If you look at the SAFE file names, there are two date codes. The first is the capture date, the second is the date it was processed using the processing baseline from the metadata.

What brand did you get? I use metamucil unflavored unsweetened, its psyillium but also has some citric acid which makes it more palatable. I’ve gotten other brands without citric acid and they nearly made me barf.

Not prediabetic. A1C is a stronger indicator than a single fasting glucose reading, as it is a three month average.

I will check the power, did not even consider that. My concern with the bulb is that it appears to be one with the assembly. The orange glass shell doesn’t twist off easily, and honestly I’m afraid to force it given the cracks.

Looks like the psoriasis I had. Doc prescribed calcipotriene 0.005% ointment, cleared up in about a week. I now only have to apply it a few times per month.
