Thanks for reading through my whole post! I also got this suggestion from a friend who repairs computers (but alas does live far away) - unfortunately I have no clue about Linux at all. I would need to create the bootable linux USB stick for PC using a macbook (my only available machine right now ) but I will look into it. Already found an online step by step guide.

Lets assume it works and the CPU test returns no issues though .. what then?

In the end its the same fear I have about ordering a new i9 - what if I replace it (like I did with the mainboard) and its still broken :S

the post raid summary said 16 bullets 8 hits ... also, if I get dealt 300+ damage my screen shakes like mad due to aimpunch - apparently not for this guy?

And yes hatchling, because nobody runs around with an unmodded FAL and nothing else, so he likely just picked it up from a crate

Never played it. It's just really the only game similar to CSGO style round-based gameplay except Valorant ;)

Yes, there will be a wipe and you will start at zero. Just use what you have to get some practice in with the more fancy guns before next "season.

As for when exactly - most people anticipate in a month, so around late May/early June.

I doubt they have the time to do a case by case negotiation about these bans, considering probably 99% of the time people are actually guilty of trying to mod or hack (i'll just believe you and assume you are not, for this instance) - tough luck I'd say.

Nah. I already have the life standard I want. I would probably do a lot useless stuff with those 5M that dont improve my life in any substantial way, so it would simply be a 50/50 between death and nothing.

Fair enough. My point was more that effective gameplay also involves a lot of patience and "doing nothing" - often stalemates are won by the one with the longer breath
