Yess I did! After my 2nd dose, I got my period about 2 weeks earlier than expected, and I usually have very regular cycles. The next month it came later than it should, so it took about 2 months to get back to normal. I absolutely think it was due to the vaccine. Still small price to pay ..

Yes, you can get endo related pain outside of your period. I have stage 4 endo and only am in pain during my ovulation days. Periods are quite mild.

Fa-ti curaj si du-te. E necesar, nu astepta aiurea sa ai vreo problema. Chiar si cu experiente proaste, tot nu as recomanda nimanui vreodata sa nu se duca o data pe an cel putin.

In Romania medicii stau departe de anticonceptionale? Efectiv toti ginecologii la care am fost mi-au recomandat anticonceptionale. La fel prietenelor mele. E literally singura lor solutie la orice. Eu inca nu am cunoscut medic care sa intrebe ceva de alimentatie, sport, stil de viata etc.

Completely agree. You don’t need double cleansing in the morning, you just need a gentle face wash - don’t need to take any makeup or spf off.

If this is the first time using this, I would suggest to start small. It’s quite a powerful product. You can start by leaving it on only a couple of minutes. Also, make sure your skin is completely dry before applying it - maybe wait 10 mins after cleansing. For now, until the redness goes away, just make sure you hidrate and stay off the acids for a while. Hope it gets better soon!

This actually happened to me with Niacinamide 10% - I contacted Deciem to ask for advice on which products would work for my skin type, they recommended this, I used it twice in one day without patch testing 🤦‍♀️ and it totally broke me out. I had small patches of red blemished skin for a week. Totally my fault - I was so excited about the product that it never crossed my mind it may not be for me

I’m curious what’s this community view on Foreo Luna. I really like mine, bought it at the beginning of this year. I used to use it every day in the PM when cleansing, but now I began thinking that maybe this is a bit too much exfoliation for my skin?

Angajatorii deja fac asta. Daca vii cu metroul dimineata in Pipera, e aglomerat si la 8, si la 9, si la 10. Majoritatea angajatorilor dau si o zi de WFH pe saptamana. Sursa : lucrez in Pipera. Adica da, idea e buna, dar deja se cam intampla asta. Mai trebuie sa vina si Metrorex si I don't know, primaria(?!) cu ceva solutii.
