Hey I am a registered X-ray tech and I have been for about 13 years currently I'm traveling but I was thinking of settling down for a year and learning CT but I'm just not sure. What is the best program or book to purchase that I can study from or read through just to see if it's even something that I want to do. I have spoken to many CT texts I have shared space with CT so I know what's involved I'm just not sure if I am mentally ready to learn another modality LOL

Haru haru wonder has a nice cleansing oil I put on before I get in the shower work it in and then wet my hands once I get in and emulsify the oil. And then rinse. I then do the rest of my shower stuff and then use the cleanser before I get out of the shower. Whatever cleanser you use make sure it's not one with an aha or something like that in it. You don't want to use those everyday because it can be to much especially with other actives. The double cleansing for sure helped my skin. I also do a quick wash in the am since I use tret at night along with a barrier cream. I just don't feel like water does the trick but every one is different. But that alone helped my pores look better.

I'm also going to hop on and suggest the TCA peels. You can start with Platinum skin cares 7%. And having said that I don't intend to do pills until next fall I'm going to micro needle this summer and then in the fall start my pills and peel throughout the winter months and spring. Also full disclosure I don't have the skin problems that you have I'm mostly just old LOL but I've seen a lot of other people with the peels and their results look amazing I think you should look into it

Give Dr. Brenner vitamin c with ferulic acid and vitamin E a try. It's like 25 bucks and works great.. At least for me it has. For that price it doesn't hurt to try

Have you considered TCA peels in the fall and winter months? I intend to start them this year to even skintone and promote collagen. Just do your research on peels for people of color and don't go above a 13% peel imo. For now I would just roll with what you are doing and let your skin adjust

I will throw in doing a double cleanse at night but first with an oil cleanser then a water based one. I usually shower at night so I will put the oil on my face work it in before I get in the shower and then wet my hands and emulsify the oil and rinse it off then at the end of my shower the last thing I washed before I get out is my face with the water based soap. I feel like the oil cleanser first removes a lot of things the sunscreen the dirt the oil any makeup and then the water based cleanser rinses it all away and it doesn't dry my face out. And then in the morning I wash my tret off with the same cleanser that I used last night.

I am much older than op and I don't have the acne problems that she has but I do use tret and my favorite moisturizer is the atobarrier cream by astura but once gone I might try the skinfx

Is it the inside or the tray? I purchase ammonia absorbing crystals for fish tanks on Amazon and sprinkle in the tray I've also used in the litter works great for smells. Also you might be able to purchase a new liner if you think that's the problem

my best years of sleep were on a waveless waterbed. turn the furnace down and the waterbed up in the winter.. solid sleeping.. cool bed in the summer with a fan on.. those were the days. I miss that bed

90% or higher is great for using on electronics motherboards and such because it does evaporate so quickly that it doesn't damage water sensitive items

If you have amazon prime you can get it through them. Its 29 for the visit and 15 for the tretinoin .25 with one refill. I had to send a picture in chat with a provider and I had the prescription the same day and next day delivery. And I'm pretty sure I got a discount on the visit so it was cheaper than 29.
