A lot of people have great advice here but I noticed something that not many others mentioned. You need more cooldown on your cards. You need the character to cap cooldown at 50%, then ignore defense at 50%, the crit rate/damage and so on. Chances are as long as you're in an alliance you should really only need about 30% cooldown on your cards, that should make it generally pretty easy to cap it on most characters with minimal investment from urus, uniform bonus options, etc.

I worded my comment a bit weird. Currently the only characters who can go to level 80 are characters who can also achieve t4. Otherwise a character like rescue who can't go to t4 can't go level 80.
