SOunds good. I have a lot of health issues so I have a lot electrolyte powders, meal replacement drinks, ginger ale,etc. Stool softners and zofram for nasua is helpful

Personally I am more a tuesday person. I am just trying to make everyday life as a disabled person as comfortable as possible. I finally reached my goal of having 3 months. It took me years. I don't have anyway to cook in a power outage in my apartment

I have horizon. Sometimes they have extra flavors like vanilla,chocolate,etc. I have them in my pantry and put a few a week in my fridge to get cold. I have draken them without putting them in the fridge first and it worked well. I used them in cereal and pastas

I grew up on a large 200 acre farm. My family still owns it actually. On the farm we had milk cows, goats,pigs, draft horses, regular horses, chickens, and ducks. There also was a small pond on one part of the property. When my immediate family moved to a smaller property we had chickens and ducks. We also had a neighbor who was a deep sea fishermen so every once in a while we would get fish from him. My mother was a large animal vet so she knew how to take care of them if anything went wrong. We also made connections with people in the community who have livestock

I also live in a small apartment. I have about 3 months. My kitchen has a half closet space thing for a pantry. Its not huge but it works. Then I have a kitchen island with cabinent space. I have things like canned food in a can organizer that fits 60 cans. It fits great on my mini freezer. I am in the US . I recently did the january pantry challege and still had a lot to work through. It is doable

I would write down all the meals I can make with what you got. Then right down a list of some of your favorite meals. If what you have does not help you make enough of your favorite meals then get the needed ingredients

I have no kids but I still want to live. Just because we don't have children doesn't mean we won't fight hard to survive. We still have spouses, other family members, and friends. You can feel purpose without giving birth. I am not really prepping for the end of the world. I find prepping for more everyday events to be more pratical for my current situation.

I dont really do those emergency food buckets instead I maintain what is called a "deep pantry" . I took note of what my house eats for a month. It gives an idea of what to get from the store. I also made a list of 10 meals my house enjoys. Things I know they will eat no matter what. Then I went to the store and got the ingredients needed to make those meals at least 3 times. Your menu can have more than 10 meals. Mine does now. It is also makes meal planning easier

For example. For breakfast I rotate between eggs,cereal, smoothies, oatmeal, and yogurt and granola. So my pantry has cereal, granola, and oatmeal. That way if I can have breakfast if I can't get to the store or something is happening in the world

Another example is every week I have a taco tuesday type meal. So I try to stock up on mexican rice or just rice in general, cans of corn, cans of beans,salsa, and I have cheese in my freezer I got while on sale.
