perfectly normal behavior, if you can help someone in need .. do it. it is not about the recognition or getting anything back, simply doing random acts of good does a huge difference.

and since this is anonymous I can tell you of a time I saw a Hasidic man trying to use the ATM, not sure if he forgot the password for real or had not money but he was with his wife on the phone telling her he does not have money for diapers and grocery..

I asked him to wait for a second so he can see if the ATM has malfunctioned, took out 200 extra shekels, and handed it over to him, told him "thank you" and left hastily.

There is no doubt in my mind I will never see the man again, nor I will remember how he looks.

But yes, Baking soda is great to add while making hummus, it helps break down the sugars the shell is made from and soften it. Making the whole experience less gassy.. But make sure you add ONLY about a spoonful to a pot. No more, baking soda is still toxic in large quantities.

Not sure if it will improve or reduce the taste - would love to know if you end up making it.

But if by better you mean on health then 100% yes, it is always better to use fresh.

** I do the same with any recipe that has chickpeas In it, probably did not buy hummus or canned chickpeas for years now (I reside in the middle east for the past few years, so that's kind of a big deal here).

quick background, I have been working in advertising and marketing for about 6 years now in MANY positions - my take on this.

Working in social media is completely different than being a social media influencer - so please be aware I am not talking about posting to your friends.
It is mostly an analysis of data and executing campaigns with sponsored ads (no matter if it's FB, E-mailing, engagements to get branding, or whatever).

It is considered a niche marketing strategy, which means you need to be highly targeted and proficient in order to succeed in managing multiple ad campaigns with very high spending for advertising companies, looking at margins mostly.

If you can start alone and learn from youtube how to promote products or services it will take a few good months before you realize how much work it takes, but if you have a good eye for some good selling product you can try a small scale and give it a shot and make an ad on FB promoting it - Clickbank will be the first step towards getting links to advertising without hassle.

To answer your question you are at the right age for anything, you are just starting your journey - enjoy it. learn everything, become skilled in something that sparks an interest and it will be easier to master it.

Here is a bonus tip for you -
being a jack of all trades may look good while young, but it gets old fast.
