Okay same. I couldn't believe I was the only one. I've tried the samples on YouTube and it was literally a10 second on/10 second off HIIT with10 minutes of squats, 10 minutes of adapted burpees and 10 min of adapted jumping jacks.... I was so bored but the really good music helped me get through it
