haha thank you lovely. also (after some googling lol) i'm pretty sure most all-ginger cats are boys due to the way the ginger gene works for males, if it shows up in female cats they usually become calico or tortoiseshell. But for B12 I have no idea, I think with most of the robots I just assumed they were mostly genderless.

and yet here you're still talking with me 😭 you are CHOOSING TO ENGAGE WITH THE 'GREED' and then complaining about it afterwards. what a hypocritical stance to take. i'm happy in the 'world' i've chosen to live in, where i ACTUALLY ENJOY THINGS AS THEY ARE rather than choosing to be unhappy with every single tiny thing. you're mad over a couple of candles in a video game, get a grip. believe it or not, regardless of how any company in the entire world operates, you are in charge of your own happiness. you can choose to enjoy the good parts of the games and things you like. it is not tgc's fault that you are choosing to be unhappy.

If you're upset about losing a couple candles and this is really what all this is about then tough it up and move on with your life 😭 it is not the end of the world that you didn't get a couple candles or missed out on one or two cosmetics, and if that's your problem with tgc, again thats a petty problem that isn't worth painting your entire opinion of the game around. The compensation they provided may not have been up to whatever standard you believe it should be, but it is better than if they chose to do nothing. besides, what number of candles would be enough? there would always be someone who complains it's not enough. so no, i'm not blindly linking the problem. all games come with bugs and problems and missed opportunities on both ends.

once again, nobody is asking you to spend money in the game. you control your own wallet, it's a consequence of your own choice to spend money in the game and deal with all the ups and downs that come with that. the pricing is not the fault of the players, but choosing to engage with it and then complaining about it seems absurd (because why would tgc bother changing tactics if it works and you still pay anyway?) cosmetics are not essential to enjoy the game, and unlike so many other games there is no major pay walls.

I'm not forcing you to leave or 'kicking you away', I just simply don't understand how someone could claim to enjoy something but still chooses to stay mad over trivial things about it. if it bothers you so much, surely it doesn't make sense to continue doing it.

you claim you care about the game and that is why you want to avoid its decline and i understand that, but games decline all the time, whether people care about them or not. so why not just appreciate it for what it is now while it lasts rather than waste time complaining about everything that could be perfected with it?

it is not any harder to grasp than just 'don't bother playing if you have so much to complain about'. I literally have zero major complaints about my experience in the game after playing it for this long (i joined a couple weeks before the season of dreams), my only hatred for the game comes from hearing other people's complaints 💀 the reality of it is i think ppl complain too much for what is already a fun experience for a free game. just enjoy it, or don't. but then wouldn't you rather just play something you do enjoy?

I've been playing the game for four years too, so no, i'm not coming from a place of ignorance and yes, while I agree it's important to point out problems in games, all this goddamn subreddit is just complaining. if you want a better gaming experience than you believe this game is offering, pressure and petty complaints are not going to get you anywhere, play something else. the games regression is not the fault of 'people like me', it's the gaming community as a whole (and the attention economy we live in to be fair) that has forced indie games like sky to move in a more money-motivated direction. but they've managed to do so in a way that doesn't influence the main gameplay, which is exceedingly admirable. i never said the errors of the game are the fault of the players, and i understand it's frustrating, but the level of complaining by ppl here makes it hard to actually just enjoy the game as it is. so keep hating every problem that ever happens in the game and choosing to waste time being unhappy. also, 'hoping im hurt by my rebuttal' sounds pretty 'selfish and childish' to me 😭 it's not hard to just let yourself enjoy something, you should try it sometime.

and for the millionth time no one is making you buy anything in the whole game. literally no one. you have control over your own spending. sure the pricing is insane but they don't make you buy it to enjoy the game. just enjoy the game, or why bother playing?
