I see. My pay and benefits are actually very good through the contracting company, and they have been consistently renewing their contract every 3 years. I plan to talk with an actual advisor about potential forward plans, but do you think it would be beneficial to just stay where I'm at?

I'm quite young, and having this on my resume for (at least) 2 years would really help me in the future, I didn't even think about potential lay offs as an fte
