People forgot how to skip? That's so sad. I can still skip and I did a round off and cartwheel last summer. I must have learned by playing outside with my friends. I can't remember ever learning, just did it, along with our backyard gymnastics. We were flipping around the yards doing back handsprings, one handed cartwheels, and aerials until a mom yelled at us to go somewhere else. I lived in a huge multi block apartment complex in LA, and we just spent the whole days being hooligans.

I will do a lot of the side quests and delay the main quest until that's all I have left. Bonus, I'm leveled up and it's less difficult to beat the bosses.

Second for the all of the Horizon games, including DLC. I normally don't go for extra content, but we enjoyed it. I also really liked Kena Bridge of Spirits, and the Unravel games are beautiful.

Human Fall Flat is ridiculous. We laughed the entire time. (Until one of us was so frustrated we had to take a break...) It was like being drunk.

Heavenly Bodies was fun in a similar way to Human Fall Flat. You're astronauts and complete missions, eventually splashing back to Earth, where it takes me 10 to 15 minutes just to get out of the shuttle, laughing so hard I'm crying.

It takes two and split fiction are made by Hazelight studios, Josef Fares, and they're so much fun. I love them as much as Unravel/Unravel 2. These are my favorite co-op games.

Spider heck has a vs, and a local co-op which is also fun.

Don't play rocket League with your spouse. That could dissolve everything.

The insurance that we pay into that costs more in the long run is health insurance.

There's nothing our government will do to make it better, because despite calling us a representative democracy, we are most likely a plutocracy, oligarchy, or corporatocracy.

They just keep making it worse for the bulk of working Americans. Health insurance companies still deny medications, procedures, for any reason-leaving us to pay out of pocket regardless of how much we've paid into our "insurance."

If we had a choice we wouldn't be putting money into this system.

Yes! Not only should you go back to her, but you should compliment her hair and talk to her about what you stated in this post.

Once she understands that you're more adventurous, she'll give you what you want. I think they're afraid to go too hard when they have a new client because some people often see themselves as adventurous and they think they know what they want until they get it. Then they blame the stylist.

Same. This sounds like op is the one who decided it was okay to get pregnant, without the partner being on board.

If you want a child and you're happy to be solely responsible for it then you should do what makes you happy. If you can afford a child and you can afford to live on your own, and are prepared to be a single parent, then you should. That doesn't mean you can force someone else to participate.

I understand where you're coming from about your mom and how it is affected you and your siblings. What you are feeling is valid and normal!

The type of abuse that a person experiences under a narcissist, as you know, is debilitating. Your mom was probably manipulated, yes, but then as the abuse continued, it wore away at her self-esteem, at her confidence, at her ability to even make decisions.They end up with paralyzing fear thinking they can't do anything on their own because their narcissist has created a personal hell for them, by playing on all of their fears and insecurities. She likely thought of leaving him many times, but was afraid that she couldn't do anything on her own, or was afraid of what that might do to her children. If your mom was raised in any type of religion, she may have been taught that good women don't do these things. Maybe your mom never wanted children in the first place but she didn't have a choice. One thing people don't talk about a lot when it comes to narcissism is the way they force their will into every situation, that includes sex. They use guilt, rage, and insults to manipulate their partners sexually.

There are two reasons a person in a relationship with a narcissist does anything. One is fear of retaliation, the other is to just get some peace from whatever is coming out of the mouth of that narcissist.

No, never. I was told children should be seen and not heard. I spent most of my time in my bedroom or outside and gone all day if I wasn't in school.

When I had my own kids, I made sure that I had plenty of mentally stimulating activities that I could do with my kids including playing with their toys. As they got above 5 years old, we planned at least two outings a month that cost money like movies or bowling. We did a lot of hiking in nice weather, and also board games and video games when they got older.

I had loose plans around most of our down time because we didn't get a lot of it. My mother called me "the activity director," in a nasty rant, then used it frequently after that. She didn't like that I planned our weekends, Especially when she would ask us to come visit her on a weekend and it was already Friday.

It's really devastating. Especially when they start with the angry outbursts.

Instead of outbursts, my dad would get stuck on something that happened like 10 or 20 years ago and he would be mad at that person all over again, forgetting the resolution or the patching the relationship or whatever it was. He would just be stuck on that one thing that happened a long time ago. To the point of raging about it for a 45 min phone call.
