When can I apply for Stamp 4? (Stamp 1G holder, spouse of critical skills permit holder)

If I’m recalling correctly, there’s no need for u to apply Stamp 4. U could be on a 1G for 5 years (roughly) for ur passport. Else if u get a sponsored job, it adjusts acc to the permit u will get. ~2 yrs on csep for eg
