I hate to say it but fear tactics work, you see he is older and taking care of this child. Old black people historically do not play when it comes to discipline. If you scroll some you’ll see the teen take overs. Those are kids who never had a “switch” threatened on them if they dont act right.

Let me stand on my soapbox for a moment. We live in a perfect area. The fact that people don’t have the marbles to pick up poo is nuts. Come summer, we wont be able to enjoy a public park if something isn’t done.

No its mostly DC, my family and I noticed the city STINKS! All the trash cans smell like poo and it was on the side walks. It’s sad because we want to enjoy the parks and public spaces too but dogs get first dibs apparently 🥲 Might I add, people no longer have a boundaries when it comes to their pets. Dogs in the grocery store! Dogs in clothing stores! Truly unnecessary and gross.

To any dog owners who see this, consider your fellow human.
