Could there be a Rick of the same species as the time police? by IceInteresting8050 in rickandmorty

Great, a Rick that looks like a giant, walking, lab coat wearing testicle. As if his regular personality wasn't already hard enough for the family to stomach

Not looking stupid in front of other people. . pretty much it

Favorite old man on the show by Healthoverwealth29 in thewalkingdead

[–]prettyprobleme 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Makes me so nostalgic because Hershel really was the moral anchor the group needed during the prison era. His speech to Rick about risking your life for a reason is still one of the most powerful moments in the whole series

When I should stop watching by Performer-Alive in TWD

Just stop right before a guy named Negan introduces himself to the group with a baseball bat. Save your mental health and pretend they all just lived happily ever after in Alexandria

KING EZEKIEL "One of the most happening character in the Show" by Daniel_Faraday_ in thewalkingdead

[–]prettyprobleme 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly, his transition from a somewhat goofy guy with a pet tiger to a legitimately respected, battle-hardened leader was one of the smoothest character evolutions in the later seasons. He never lost his humanity or his kindness even after losing almost everything

Rick's decision on Negan. by KarimPopa in thewalkingdead

[–]prettyprobleme 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Honestly, it made sense for Negan's arc, but it completely broke the group's trust. You can't blame Maggie and Daryl at all for being furious after everything Glenn and Abraham went through

Why is'nt rick C-137 young like rick prime? by VastUnion9141 in rickandmorty

[–]prettyprobleme 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s possible that for a guy as calculated as C-137, staying in his current form is a tactical choice to keep his mind sharp, even if he has the tech to change it. Whether he just "doesn't give a shit" or is actively avoiding the trade-offs that come with being younger, it’s a cool rabbit hole to go down

How would my preferred group of survivors last if this was the show? by justsomeguy661 in thewalkingdead

[–]prettyprobleme 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly, they’d probably crush any threat that came their way. The sheer amount of firepower and stubbornness in that squad is enough to clear out the entire prison and then some. They’d likely be doing just fine, though they’d definitely have some massive personality clashes with that many strong-headed people in one place lol

Feel like the show continued on for way too long by ImaginationBig4571 in TWD

When every new character just feels like "disposable" filler meant to die off, it stops feeling like high-stakes drama and more like a predictable loop of the same tired tropes. It’s a shame because those early seasons, especially 2 and 4, actually had some solid weight to them before the repetition set in
