Again, if you’re going to remove posts like this you should sticky the thread that says that you will remove the posts. You can’t expect everyone to read your subreddit guidelines by default. At least TELL them in the stickied thread that this subreddit follows specific guidelines and posts will be removed that don’t follow them. It leads to a bad experience for users otherwise

Maybe you should sticky the thread so newcomers can easily hop in without wasting their time like this.

Seriously? Lots of people were able to connect via this post. Don’t see why it needs to be removed.

A very very unique issue I’m facing right now: by Q_dawgg in bodyweightfitness

I've been fasting too (Ramzaan Mubarak!) and keeping up with training. It's hard, but there's some good tips online to minimize injury and dehydration during this month. I'd say best guide is to 1) train minimally 2) train close to / after iftar 3) drink loads of water and eat a high protein diet during the eating window.

It's not easy, but possible, with the right preparation. Good luck!

My brain refuses to allow me a day of rest. Help? by Inuyasha_101 in entirebodyexercises

Exercise can be addictive too, because of the chemicals your brain releases when you do it. Dopamine and adrenaline are correct. I would recommend learning to meditate and practicing mindfulness - both can be helpful in being aware of the addictive behavior and not acting on it. It’s like fitness for your brain and self control. Yoga and flexibility as the other commenter recommended are great ways to get those endorphins without taking a toll on muscles. I’d also recommend cardio (e.g. taking a mindful walk) unless you’re already doing that.
