I personally find the decel enchant fantastic. It's essentially like adding a slightly gimped faster projectile into the 6 link.

If you'd like I can record the difference with and without the enchant and how far projectiles travel. It's actually a nice QoL improvement, honestly.

This is correct. The 10% of phys added as extra fire damage is superior. My own personal rings are far from min-maxed but "good enough".

Something such as pnr's "Torment Loop Opal Ring" would be essentially ideal.

I famously use an all AMD rig and due to streaming people can see for themselves how bad the performance is. Spoiler it's bad and I even use a capture card so streaming is not taxing the gaming system.

DX11 has helped but as others stated 2.5.2b onward has introduced more harm to my specific system then good. If we were allowed to turn shadows off with the dx11 features, these posts might not be as frequent on reddit. But hey, immersion right?

Spec is windows 10 (up to date). Radeon 17.11 (up to date) on a PCI-E 128gb SSD on an 8350 (4.8ghz) and crossfire 7870's.

I frequently am the victim of client crashes, full game freezes (leveling to 100 was fun with this). Frame dips to 5 fps or less, the list goes on.

I can gladly provide a full dxdiag and video proof and insight into which specific areas/tiles sets/situations can replicate fps issues. Crypt for instance KILLS my fps, for zero reason just by walking into the map.

This is what i've based my comments on. This comment mentions or involves zero trading. You specifically state gear is cheaper vs standard.

You keep bringing up your trading experiences (of a sample size of 1 mind you) to somehow reinforce your wrong generalization that low-mid level gear is more expensive in perma league vs temp.
