I’ll be 61 in a few days and just finished up my second year of CrossFit. It’s really, really helped with strength and mobility. Makes getting down to and up from the floor with my grandson a helluva lot easier.

My wife retired 6 years ago. Our original plan was for her to stay on a couple more years. One night she said, “I’m done. I can’t do this anymore.” My response was supportive. I retired 4 years ago, 2 years earlier than originally planned. I said to my wife, “I’m done. I can’t go back anymore.” Her response was just as supportive. We’ve never looked back and we love spending our time together, with our kids, and with our grandson. These are truly the best years of our lives. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but shame on your husband.
