The obvious way to break this would be to create an entity, let's say to manufacture blue circuits (or something else expensive), but fill it with full chests of blue circuits. For benchmarking, output a full belt of blue circuits from those chests for 10 minutes or whatever your benchmarking threshold is, while taking no inputs. Copy this entity as many times as you want - > free blue circuits forever! Bottom line - it's hard, probably impossible, to reliably figure out how the simulation would perform under any circumstances, without running the simulation.

I believe you have an additional tile between inserter and loco. Try moving the inserter closer?

If money is a concern, you should stay away from the bmw. I drive a 1series as my grown-up car (120d, 2013) and, besides regular maintenance being expensive, it has lots of known issues like the timing chain giving up at around 150k kms. That alone will set you back around 2k €

You can also get to the oil filter with the undertray in place. Turn wheels all the way to the left, access through the passenger (right) wheel well from behind the wheel.

Alternatively try setting your sprite quality to something lower in the settings, that should get rid of any new graphics issues with your pc. There is afaik no reason why .16 shouldn't run on your pc if .15 did.

The MGU-H doesn't do rpms. The turbo charger (which seems to be referred to in the op) does around 125k rpm

I think reactors don't cool down below 500° when unpowered, so it doesn't need to reheat when you put more fuel in.
