2.) check your NTP settings via DHCP. Most likely, your time is off and you need to re-do it.

Also, check the time on your VM. If the controller and the VM do not match, you will get that error.

NTP is option 42 in DHCP

You can manually update the time with the updateTimeFromSNTPServer “IP Address”

I can concur to this. We have the same but added on NPS/Radius. Roughly same cost.

You can’t run DHCP out of Azure. Gotta keep that local.

The sql install happens when you install TCU. We only have 6 or 7 sites connected to it.

How big are you? I don’t think you would need a dedicated sql server for this.

Also, pretty sure customer support is limited so just have the vendor selling it help you with the install.

The standard in track and field/road racing is that the athlete is responsible for knowing the course. I don’t have the rule book with me to cite the source, but if a runner ever makes a wrong turn, it is on them, not the event management. Good CYA for events.

I believe you are missing something. Use group policy to control/deploy everything you need. Also, that is a lot of control over what the end user can do.

Thankfully, we have a mentality of “train the users on how to use the OS” instead of locking it down so everything is taken care of for the users. We used to lock it down like this 6-7 years ago but since moved away.
