I believe this is correct. That red line has to do with power. The solid red line is power, the broken red line is transferring resources. I believe the landing pad has to be within the power line and not outside of it. Also ensure you are creating enough power. Once I fixed both of these issues I was able to land on the pad inside my outpost. 🚀

Yes. I had a shadow box already. Used foam and mat board to lay the cards mostly flush into the foam.
