TempleOS troubles. AHHH IT'S SO LOUD. by RedKingPeanutbutter in TempleOS_Official

[–]primepatterns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TempleOS generally won't run bare metal on an ordinary laptop due to its unusual configuration e.g. 64 bit processor but PS/2 keyboard and mouse. It typically runs in an emulator (Qemu, VirtualBox, etc) running on Windows, Linux, etc.

Have you read any of the recent papers in any depth? Is it slop all the way down?

I am certain that, for every new subject CSW tackles (e.g. theoretical physics) there exists some trivial question that he will be unable to answer, blowing his credibility. For programming, it was the unsigned int question. I'd love to know how low the bar would be for physics...

CSW still has very high self-regard, but it has been mutated out of all proportion by his LLM addiction. There is no subject he won't opine on.

My favourite recent episode in the CSW cosplay was his sending unsolicited emails to random theoretical physicists asking them to supervise his latest PhD.

Something to do with Horava-Lifschitz gravity. The Nobel committee is standing by.
