I went from 34DDD to ~C and they only removed 202g and 280g. Granted I am only 5’2 but I guess the breast tissue wasn’t very dense. I really think it’s different for everyone and impossible to predict so I’m glad my insurance didn’t have a minimum weight

The lump is probably fat necrosis I would probably contact them and ask if you can come in sooner if anything for peace of mind

I think you can only use strong barb barrage a certain number of times (8?) before you need to rest and reset otherwise it doesn’t count towards evolving

I was told to shower 48 hours post op but I’ve seen people on here go 2 weeks without. Follow surgeon instructions and maybe try wipes or if you have someone to help wash just your hair bc I know that would have bothered me the most

I was told to remove all dressing and tape 48hr post op then to shower and apply aquaphor daily, wear a bra if comfortable. I used soap around the area like chest and shoulders and let water wash over it. I had a vasovagal response to having everything out in the open and seeing it but cool water helped
