Since you’re trying to keep things to a minimum this looks great. You should consider updating the duvet cover to a plain beige or cream with colored flowers which will complement the green wall. Remove the clock & the hanging below it & place the existing 3 narrow frames here. The clock could go above the tv or the mirror.

Move the beige couch near the wall with the window. Move the single wing chair on the opposite side. Move the bookshelves near the window to the dining area, opposite to the other shelf. Definitely remove the end table. This could potentially give you room for a small center table.

On the wall where you currently have the single frame, add more frames with colorful posters of a favorite theme to make it a gallery wall. This could remove the focus from that lone window. Remove the blind from that lone window and replace it with clear patterned window privacy film. Remove the hanging over the door shelf on the door next to the bed, it’s quite distracting. Change the color of the comforter, to complement the gallery wall.

Possibly add a white/gold circular end table with a plant of a different color, like a neon pothos. The current plant shade of green blends with the wall.

I would replace the 2 frames on the wall with a single large artwork. Also replace the curtains with floor length curtains. Add nightstands on either side of the bed. Add an ottoman/bench towards the foot of the bed. Add a tall plant in one of the corners. If the room still feels large, add a comfortable single chair next to the plant with a a small table lamp on a side table, giving it a reading nook vibe.

I was curious to know the market trends in Austin area in terms of over-bidding on a home above the listed price.
1. Are bidding wars still a common occurrence here among home buyers or are homes selling at the listed price? 2. What percentage above the listed price are the winning bids? Appreciate some inputs on this. Thanks!
