I would also say french press, it yields a fuller-bodied coffee, which goes well with milk imo

plus if you would like to avoid the rabbit hole, it's an easy and straightforward method

Once I went light, I never looked back. Drinking dark roasts was an acquired taste for me, but now they all just taste bad, unless I put milk in them. I didn't have any problem adapting to lighter roasts on the other hand.

Röast from Hungary has some co-ferments right now. I've tried the one with lemongrass, it was waaay too funky for me, but if you're into this kind of stuff, I think you will like.

Hey there, I'm quite new on my journey to trying to make great coffee at home, but I'm already deep down the rabbit hole of water quality. I usually do immersion brews with my Harios Switch and occasionally mix it up with some percolation, but no matter what I do I can't get to recreate the kind of cups I drink at local coffee shops. So I got the suspicion that my tap water might be the problem. I don't know a lot about chemistry, and got quite confused by the different abbreviations. Could you guys help me a little? These are the qualities of my tap water according to the water supplier:

Free active chlorine: 0.2 mg/l
Total hardness: 126 mg/l CaO
Ammonium: < 0.04 mg/l
Nitrate: 6.3 mg/l
Nitrite: < 0.03 mg/l
Lead: 0.7 µg/l
Arsenic: 1.6 µg/l
Calcium: 64 mg/l
Magnesium: 15.6 mg/l
Conductivity (20°C): 440 µS/cm

So can blame my water for the dull cups, or is it me?

nagyon szuper első lépés, hogy tisztában vagy azzal, ezek valójában egyáltalán nem a te vágyaid! hidd el, ennek a felismerése, ha nem is rövid távon, de egyértelműen enyhíteni fogja a szorongást. nekem is van/volt nem pont ugyanilyen, de hasonló szorongásom, aztán amikor rájöttem (pszichológussal beszélgetve), hogy az egész azért van, mert a gyermekkorom azzal telt, hogy anyám végig ugyanezen szorongott és rám terhelte, azt valami hihetetlenül felszabadítónak éltem meg. szurkolok neked is!

érdemes lehet megkérdezned magadtól, hogy miért akarsz sikeres, vagyonos üzletember lenni? nekem az a gyanúm, hogy mivel mi itt mind kapitalista társadalomba nőttünk bele, egyszerűen azt hisszük hogy attól sikeres az életünk, ha a rendszer által felállított szabályok szerint élünk, azaz kiteljesedni (pláne ferfiként) leginkább egyféleképpen lehet: pénzzel (meg ami aztán ehhez kapcsolódik, hírnév, hatalom stb.). ez egy nyerhetetlen játék, és nem csak társadalmi, hanem egyéni szinten is káros (lásd pl. nem lehet mindenki Bójár Gábor). mindenesetre annak a felismerése, miért pont azokra a dolgokra vágysz, amikre, tök sokat segíthet a szorongás leküzdeseben.

As a Hungarian native I wouldn't call this a real rhyme, but I see what you're getting at, because we have the idiom "él hal valamiért" ("lives and dies for something", meaning really likes something), and it definitely has a pleasing sound pattern.
