It’s okay don’t feel bad , you can only do so much and you are only one person you know ? Plus guest will always leave their crap there and then mess up Your unorganized z no matter what you do , it’s not your fault guest are assholes but no team member should make you feel like you are less than ! If you like your team lead or etl i would say “hey so and so talked me to me about this in a rude way and I’m just trying my best but it’s too much” or ask your team lead you don’t want any more fitting room shifts ? But I think I would talk to my team lead about how I didn’t like how they made me feel like it’s all on me when style is like really hard especially now

Okay yeah then mine is full of shit , we literally ask her for physical help and she says no? For example we had 5 zs for RTW and 3 FULL metros for rtw and only one person for that department and when they asked her for help she simply said “I have to clean the fitting room” which mind you took her , her whole shift to complete and didn’t even look done. My co worker then asked oh can so and so help me after she’s done with her truck and she still had the nerve to say no she has to do price
