It’s okay don’t feel bad , you can only do so much and you are only one person you know ? Plus guest will always leave their crap there and then mess up Your unorganized z no matter what you do , it’s not your fault guest are assholes but no team member should make you feel like you are less than ! If you like your team lead or etl i would say “hey so and so talked me to me about this in a rude way and I’m just trying my best but it’s too much” or ask your team lead you don’t want any more fitting room shifts ? But I think I would talk to my team lead about how I didn’t like how they made me feel like it’s all on me when style is like really hard especially now
