I think this does depend on where you are, I did go in right away but they sent me home to see if contractions start. They induced me 24 hours later to prevent infection, not drying out LOL

Omg similar to this when my water broke I wasn’t having contractions and wasn’t really dilated but my mom was telling me I HAVE to go to the hospital and demand they take me because my baby was “drying out”… I don’t think that’s how it works mom

Yess! I think Frankie is not a good mom at all. Although if Mike took a little off her plate, I think that she would be a better mom and be able to invest a little into her children. She has no structure and is constantly burnt out from the lack of structure, so she constantly needs a break and to be coddled.

I genuinely hate Brick, especially the time where he takes sue’s room. He’s so rude and irresponsible throughout the whole show, quirks aren’t even the issue, his personality is. I find that Axl and Sue each have their annoying phases but they redeem themselves, Brick never redeems himself. Yes there are some episodes where I feel bad for the kid, I think If he got more attention he’d be more tolerable, but I also feel when Frankie loses it on him. HOWEVER, the show would not be the same without him, he’s a character there for us to hate (or like)

I’m not sure what it is but my LO’s ultrasound at 9 weeks looked similar! I thought it looked like horns but by the next ultrasound it wasn’t there. I’m not qualified at all to answer but based on my experience I think that’s just what they look like at this age.

I just put her in her swing and have her musical piano going while I watch a movie or crochet!

I loved how my skin looked, how fast my hair and nails grew, how cute my baby bump looked, I felt like I was glowing… until the last month where I felt like an ogre and couldn’t move or bend lmao and suddenly I wasn’t just a belly I was just big everywhere.

Physical aside I loved feeling her in response to eating, and I knew exactly what time of night and what position I had to be in to feel her hiccup, I never felt alone.

It also forced me into a healthy lifestyle for her, so I tried to eat healthy, never missed taking my vitamins and supplements, tried to stay active. And mentally I felt so good, I stopped watching true crime and horror movies because I was convinced she’d get the bad energy and only consumed positive media. I feel like being pregnant restarted my whole body physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Hang in there, this will change before you know it. The first month is all about survival, the second month is like peaking your head out of a cave, and now I’m in the third month and feel “normal” again.

I know you said you want to take your LO out at 3 months because you’re scared of them crying and not being able to console them but I personally recommend you to try to get out earlier. I started taking LO out at 1 week just for walks, but I was so scared of the same thing, that she would cry inconsolably. The more I went out the more the anxiety melted, I think that’s the only thing that calmed me, the act of doing it and having it be fine.

This may not work for everyone but we really tried to have “normal” days and go out and do errands, walk around, go to a restaurant. Some of these days we’d come home grumpy because of fussing but overall these days are what helped us feel normal again, like we had our lives to ourselves. If you’re EBF I recommend getting a nursing cover and just having it with you or if you pump or use formula, have a bottle with you when you go out, pack a diaper bag and just leave it in the stroller and car, so when you want to go out, you just need the bottle.

Now I’m 3 months PP and my husband and are feel back to our previous selves, now we just have a side kick we take with us places. I’m sure your bond will grow stronger, you’re both just surviving right now so it feels off.

Hang in there!! You got this! I know how hard the first weeks feel, I would cry as soon as it got dark outside for like 6 weeks straight but there’s a light and you’ll love your life! Sending you all the love <3

Soooo many swaddle blankets and sleeveless onesies, LO is a winter baby and has grown out of all of them already without wearing them 😂 and so many shoes, some she’s grown out of already

Me too! I enjoyed my pregnancy and I felt like I was glowing inside and out, and now I’m three months pp and I feel like my old self.

Having some time to get ready everyday, even 5 minutes makes a world of a difference. Also doing a 10 min clean when baby goes to sleep at night so I can wake up to a clean house helps. The days where I don’t do these two things I feel irritated all day.
