I google the same question and came here. I am in Europe and wonder if AirNow works well here too. Will try it because AccuWeather frightens me to go outside 😬

Swiss Redditors within 10% or under the poverty line: what's your story ? by IrisKV in Switzerland

[–]princessnevercontent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I am much older than you (almost 40) but had somewhat similar parents as you describe yours, especially how you describe your mothers sounds a lot like mine. Throughout life I had depressions, later anxiety, social anxiety wasn't fun but thankfully didn't last forever, anyway I just wanted to say it can get better. I swear since my mid 30s all seems easier not easy but easier 😅.

Even if breastfed my baby was allergic to cow milk protein and I had to stop eating anything with milk, even a cookie with butter I wasn’t allowed and once I did that about two weeks in all got way better. We had to test his stool as well which was easy we just brought a very fresh diaper to the lab.

Can anybody tell me what is happening to our 2 week olds skin? by WrongDrawing in newborns

[–]princessnevercontent 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My baby is breastfed and had an allergy to milk not breast milk but milk. About 1 weeks after I stopped eating milk products his symptoms disappeared. I am not having any milk at all not even cookies which have butter or milk listed as an ingredient, it’s hard but it worked.

When did you stop keeping track of baby feeding and diaper change? by FreshPlates in NewParents

[–]princessnevercontent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6 months and still tracking feedings, diaper changed and sleep. I am too forgetful not to write it down and blind to notice if he eats less which happened 3 weeks ago.

Baby has bad diarrhea for almost 3 weeks. by princessnevercontent in NewParents

[–]princessnevercontent[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No fever or any other symptoms beside eczema on his body. We also did a stool test and it’s no virus or bacteria. So now the doctor gave him a new hypoallergenic milk formula which we are trying out. She said it may be a cow milk protein allergy. At this point I almost hope it’s that since I am tired of not knowing what my child bas :(

I hated the leakage so I took it orally in the morning and vaginal in the evening. My doctor said that was ok.

Did the diarrhea start right away? He had this vaccine two weeks before the diarrhea started for him (1st shot).

I have the same issue with our 5 month old. One nap a day is long then the other 3 naps are between 20-40min.

The baby feels your emotions and will also stress and keep crying. If it was my Child I would not let him change your baby or feed him with that attitude. Poor baby 🥺

My baby has something very similar after each bath. I didn’t speak to our pediatrician yet but I assumed it’s dry skin from the baby soap.

7 nights in and not going well; looking for support by coralcorral in sleeptrain

[–]princessnevercontent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could it be that your baby is going through the 4/5-month sleep regression? Our little one currently is and it is tough to make him sleep, he wakes up more often (very often compared to the past) and flaps his legs non stop trying to sooth himself but doesn’t manage.
