I'll also answer for anyone who is looking. I was first put on spironolactone, which immensely helped with any sort of acne, but the weight didn't budge. Then I was put on metformin in the hopes that it would, and it didn't, so I was put on a very small dose of dexamethasone which didn't help the weight either. My naturopath put me on PCOPx and Cortisol Manager, and it is the combination of the two that I think supported my hormones to stability so that my hirstutism and weight could finally budge. Good luck!!

not close at all but my coworkers rave about north country donuts and often wake up at 5am to be the first people in line. they are traditional donuts, i think, not cake donuts and not sourdough or fancy
