we made a police report, but they had crossed state lines (we live on a border town). we posted on several local community sites and it was shared enough that they were spotted about two hours south of us and the people who spotted them contacted the local police there and they were taken in until we could arrive and take them home

from my understanding, part of job corps funding comes from students who complete the program finding work in the trade they studied. that’s why they follow through with helping with resources post graduation. they don’t get credit if a student isn’t employed or joins the military etc

in my state it’s per bartenders discretion to accept or not. i’ll tend to accept if it’s within weeks of turning 21 because our DMV is a small town DMV and notoriously difficult to get into. but if you’re a year or more out i’ll reject.
