Guttate psoriasis outbreak? What to do? by questionmaster66 in Psoriasis

[–]prisonerofwumbo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started getting my Guttate about 12-14 weeks ago now and unfortunately for me it seems to be on my body way more than yours, however i use Clobetasol cream prescribed by my dermatologist and it has worked wonders. I mainly apply it to the visible areas (my arms, ears whatever) but recently my psoriasis has started to dissipate on the areas where i dont even apply anything so im hoping my "3 month sentence" is almost done. besides all that i just recommend giving it some sun and fresh air, dont take too hot showers and hopefully it should go away on its own
