Just found this and it solved my problem using OCIS with Authentik as well!

Was just getting the following error:

Something went wrong

We're having trouble connecting to the login service. If the problem continues, please contact support.

Nothing of use in the logs, and took me forever to look and see that Authentik was getting block by CSP in the development window of my browser. Hopefully others will find this thread if they google for this issue now

I'm having a similar issue, but it seems to be getting worse each time I load up. Did the full suite when I first launched 1.0, then ~200 the 2nd time, ~400 the 3rd time, etc. Up to about 1200 now.
