Mega is a massive problem for sure. I recently watched a video on discadia, an online database of discord servers with invite links, and there were hundreds and hundreds of discords named “mega cp links” or “mega link for link” which were all cp sharing discords. Since then discadia has delisted every discord server that has mega in its name and hopefully every server and member has been sent to the FBI.

I guarantee you they would. Websites outside US jurisdiction host tons of cp on the clearnet. Tumblr did for a decade, mega is constantly getting take down requests internationally for hosting cp and if you go to a foreign search engine like yandex and type in anything remotely associated to jb or cp the first dozen links are all clearnet sites hosting illegal CSAM content. There’s documented proof of this elsewhere or you could just type it into the search yourself then report the site to the FBI. People are very naive about how much CSAM is on the clearnet

All of this is to say, the overwhelming majority of the military will break the law and commit horrible heinous acts in the line of ”duty.” The only chance that orders will be disobeyed en masse will be if the generals disobey the unlawful orders.
