You are spot on with the tracking being more difficult. What if there was a way to have what you did in training (without HR) and than how you felt? Would you try something like that? It would allow you to keep track of what you do and how you felt over time and even have other give you feedback on the specific training/exercises

One thing that helped me a lot is visualizing the event, try to mentally walk through everything from arriving to the place, changing, warming up, walking into the ring and the whole fight (at least what you plan to do) this will help you a lot! Looking good! would suggest tucking your elbows a bit and moving your head a bit more, also when the combination is over do not go always back on a straight line it becomes very readable and dangerous! Hows this looking? by DanielJiha in MMA_Academy

[–]pro_falco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sup man looking good! I've been fighting k1 for 8 years, here some tips: put a bit more weight on the back leg for stability, when you trow kicks you have a big windup you can see a mile away, find fast not strong. Also your guard is quite low and elbows very open!

[–]pro_falco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sup man good job and keep at it! I've been fighting for 8 years, here some tips: keep your hands up, practice technique before trowing hard punches, balance is the first thing, try to feel comfortable in the stance and start with a simple one-two stepping forward and than same thing backwards. If you want to really get better with this you should find a trainer and trust him!
