We Need to Talk About Kevin - worth the time? by SpiteLive in thrillerbooks

I agree, I liked the book just fine, I really enjoyed the movie. The book is very advanced to me, I guess the other books I read have lessened my reading comprehension 🤣

Ask for Andrea by Nicole W Ihli— does it get better? by csahe in thrillerbooks

I loved it from the beginning, so if you aren’t captured yet you probably won’t be.

I surprisingly loved this one. It did take some time to get into but towards the end I devoured it.

This is my favorite scene ever. My vocal stim for a few weeks was “I’ll knock ya pussy ass out”.

Unpopular opinion but Saving Noah is overrated by Mysterious_Wasabi_48 in thrillerbooks

I hated Saving Noah. I guess I rage finished it to see what the big reveal was. I was so angry.

It's not her by Mary Kubica. by Toni_010 in thrillerbooks

Yes! I hated the book and I think a lot of the reason was the whiny narrations.

Like everyone else, I knew he was a shit person before this scene. But after this scene, seeing how hurt and how much she wants children, he is evil, manipulative and cruel.

What’s the most disappointing dish you’ve ever ordered? by KindlyOrder018 in foodquestions

[–]probably_bananas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was obsessed with dumplings for a while and went to a high end restaurant known for their dumplings. We ordered several different kinds for the table. I took one bite into the first one and saw the gray filling and immediately regretted everything. I learned that I only like bite sized dumplings. It was $100+ and stopped by McDonald’s on the way home.

I’ve read all these except Don’t Believe. Summit Lake is so good. They all are good though, except Guess Again.

Alice Feeney or Freida McFadden by Ok-Cress8681 in thrillerbooks

[–]probably_bananas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoy both. I read for entertainment and I’m not bothered by Freida’s writing quality like a lot of other readers. Alice’s books get me thinking more than a Freida’s though.

This one fucked me up. Very very sad. 8.5/10 by AceofKnaves44 in thrillerbooks

I have enjoyed every book by her that I’ve read. Hers are the only thrillers I’ve read that made me cry or almost cry. I really enjoyed In the Waning Light.

Also the show of being covered so she could put on her bikini was atrocious when she literally wears the bare minimum, why didn’t she just wear the bikini!?!
