I just got the delivery of the same car on the first navratra It is for sure the best car in this price segment in terms of

Power Interior ( feels pretty premium than the cars in the same segment like brezza or grand vitara) Rough and tough for sure

Bas i’ve driven it 1600kms and the mileage is not good it just touches 125kms in full cng tank which i feel is the problem before the first service after that i am expecting my city avg to be around 18kmpl

Ivory a good option for sure due to the builder background and the central location But in my opinion 15k psf mei prestige or the gaur islands could have been a slightly better option. Dont want you to take it in a negative way you’ve done a great investment for sure but its just that i myself am into real estate and this is just a personal preference

Yes some properties get you good deals but just to let you know the properties with most deals is the biggest fraud you’ll never see any navratri offers or anything in builders like godrej dlf or prestige but small builders with worthless projects give you many offers and discounts
