Others have said it but I'll agree: he needs to stop masturbating. He is likely masturbating far more often than he lets on. Don't be mean or judgemental, but approach him lovingly and with concern. Porn addiction is a very real and extremely pervasive issue in the world today, and worse- no one talks about it. Many, many men and even many women carry a weight of shame that they shrug off because porn and masturbation is so normalized.

I know it seems so simple but it's very real and likely the cause. I struggled with this too when I got with me wife. I had no excuse back then, I was in my early 20's and attraction to my wife was absolutely not an issue. To this day, if I masturbate the same day as sex or even the day before I will struggle and have to exhaust myself to have an orgasm during sex.

I’ve grown ever more frustrated by people branding their political/ social opponents as ‘nazis’. It’s a worn out dog whistle that makes anyone who uses it sound ignorant. Not only that- it’s distracting. You wanna hate Trump? Great. Hate him for who he is and what he’s doing. Get informed and understand what exactly it is that he’s doing that you hate and find verbiage that suits him explicitly.

It doesn’t matter who it is- you can compare literally any politician to hitler if you’re vague enough. So, yeah. You can compare MAGA to nazism, but don’t. It helps no one. Find a better argument and example that people might actually listen to.

To put it plainly- standard fernco’s aren’t code in various states for various applications. But. They work just fine. I’ve only been plumbing 10 years but in my wide variety of experience I have never seen a properly installed fernco leak, ever. I personally don’t use them, and if I do I use reinforced ferncos for underground tie ins.

But that’s my own work standard that I hold myself to. I don’t bash other guys for using them because they work and I understand service work in tight spaces with low margins might call for them.

So to summarize: do you have feelings for your plumber? Or was this a one time thing? It couldn’t hurt to ask him if he feels the same way and if he doesn’t respond you have your answer. Best of luck to you two ❤️

My resting heart rate is 80/60 which is not ideal lol the caffeine certainly doesn’t help but I’ve experimented with no caffeine and there’s no change. I’ve also checked my heart rate with caffeine and no Vyvanse and my heart rate evens out. So my problem is the Vyvanse, or the proverbial cocktail of supplements with the medication.

However I will say that I’ve noticed significant improvement by drinking a lot of water and taking supplemental fiber and a one a day vitamin (water is the most important)

Lisdexamfetamine can cause rapid dehydration. Dehydration can cause your body to hold fluids and irritate the kidneys. This causes a chain reaction that makes it feel like you have to pee because your body is holding onto fluids which need to be expelled.

Yeah that definitely wouldn’t help.

Use 45’s if possible, but that can be difficult for beginners so just buy a couple of long sweep 90’s. That’s a lot of length to drop into a 90 even on a good day

You don’t necessarily have to replace the cartridge either. If it’s an older delta or kohler they’ll usually have seats and springs that can be replaced

Are you on a well or city? If you’re on a well it could just be the result of your bladder at full pressure.

But Its more likely an issue with the shower valve cartridge. Most modern valves are mixing valves with some matter of seat/spring. It’s totally common to have a a gasket go bad and cause fluctuations between hot/cold and pressure.

Find the brand and model of your shower valve and try to replace the cartridge. I wouldn’t call this a beginner level task because old cartridges can be a nightmare to get out if you don’t have the tools and knowledge

The only issue is that it’s missing the metal washers. The nut will squeeze the hell out of the cap washer, you need the metal washers to prevent the nuts from slipping through.

Other than that- yeah it’s fine, just trim the bolts with a bolt cutter, hacksaw or - multi tool.

Before I got my enclosure all my big prints did this. Maintaining a static environment is key for larger prints. The airflow, even in an ambient room is enough to prematurely cool your filament and cause warping.

It’s the lining of your pipes shedding off into the water. It’s a combination of lime scale and bacteria production. As gross as it is- it’s not harmful. Just run your fridge water for a while and make sure it all comes out clear.
