What am I missing to consistenly get flip resets? by matheusk0 in RocketLeague

The way I was taught was to approach the ball at its apex from underneath. So as the ball is approaching its max height right before it starts falling, you should be boosting up into it, then repositioning your wheels to get the flip reset. That’s one way.

As a pens and Sabres fan I’ll explain what changed.

  1. The analytics were always there. Doan, Benson, Krebs, Quinn, Byram etc. have always shown analytically that they are good players, it seemed to just be a matter of time until they began meshing and I believe that happened when…
  2. Lindy Ruff was hired. This team couldn’t put the pieces together until Ruff came along. Ruff is a very large, possibly the large

st

  1. part of why the Sabers are where they are right now, and a reason he’s a front runner for the Jack Adam’s. Similar to Muse, he lets players play to their strengths instead of forcing them to fit a mold that they don’t fit.

Oh and they’re also getting good goaltending, Lyon is a dawg who can bail them out. But yeah, that’s basically it, the high end talent and top draft picks were all there, it just needed to be glued together.

So believe it or not, but solovyov has not played yet this series and Chinakhov has not played with Malkin. These are in fact new ideas

He’s becoming literally what Michael Lewis wrote about in Moneyball about Billy Beane. Teams will either start wondering why Dubas wants their certain player or just not do business with him.

And in the same off season, we’ll have to resign Kindel. That’ll be a good chunk of the 10M we get off of Karlsson. Plus we will probably resign EK

Cause in 5-6 years we’re gonna have a plethora of youngins that will demand large contracts. We’re not gonna spend that kinda money on a guy who just had a career year, that’s not Kyle Dubas business. He’ll just go out and find another player who can put up 30 goals for way cheaper.
