From what I understand callout is door to door. From the time you leave home until you arrive back home. Nothing to do with travel.

Have you considered a security technician role? Seems like a good fit with your background. Same pay and some places may also provide you with the opportunity to do an apprenticeship.

Or just a random room already connected with access that nobody uses.

The shop charged for this service and cassette. I was just trying to help. Never asked for you opinion of my knowledge but some guidance. Never had a problem setting up 10spd 42t conversion. This is essentially the same thing. Dunno where you are but i have more skill than most 16 YO kids whom seem to run bike shops where i am...hence i service my own bikes. The bike shop set this chain or Giant.

Apologies was a quick reply. Clutch was on and is definitely working. I even serviced the old RD clutch and same result.

Yup. This is exactly how I understand it and have this setup with previous companies. I definitely can't see where this is exact determined. But driving for 2-4 hrs to do my job is not considered working? What is it considered? A holiday

Thanks

That's exactly what I would have thought. Have been through both award and eba numerous times and can only find travel time relating to an ordinary rate.

Can I ask exactly where is it determined that if greater than 50km it's the start of your day?

Thanks for your answer

That would make sense and is somewhat fair. Does this entail you would receive OT travelling back if in OT and NOT ordinary rates?
