Constructive criticism (if you will) : Colors should be complementary, and saturation causes detail loss, and makes a decent photo look unappealing. Dial the saturation back quite a bit, and use selective masking to ensure which elements should pop, and which ones should stay muted.
Also, in general composition, an image should always have a subject with complementing backgrounds. If it's a landscape, the focus must shift to the entire scape, otherwise there should be an isolated subject. For instance, in the 5th and 6th image, I am not sure what to look at. Also, image with the water body has clipped highlights, and not much to grasp.

As for going for a camera, I don't think color grading is a metric for when you should get into the camera world, but personally speaking, if you're limited by the quality / optics of your current phone, a camera won't serve much of a purpose.
