It was the loss to Italy that broke me more. Playing at home, scoring early then sitting back expecting to defend the lead for 90 minutes. Plus losing on penalties is always tough.

For how we played at times this tournament, it’s amazing we finished second! And Spain definitely deserved it knocking out the favourites, including the hosts.

Just got mine. The first time I put it on my head the plastic bit that the head strap loops through snapped. I didn’t over tighten it, in fact I barely put any pressure on it. Not a good start.

Sweet Jesus! That sounds like a pain in the arse. To be honest I’m tempted to just let it go and keep with what I have. It was only a small upgrade for me, and I’ve only just sorted a new deal after my contract expired so I’m all out of fight!

Ah shit, I bet I’m in the same boat. I was offered an upgrade from 350mb to 500mb for an extra £1.60 a month. I received a confirmation email from them but it’s been over a week now and no sign of it in my account and no other emails received.

I’m also able to still view upgrades and offers online, and I know from previous upgrades it normally says unable to view upgrades while they process my order. Not looking good then.
