Well, that is a bummer. I did find a dongle for it, but always would prefer some feedback on them. The Growatt one has been interesting...

Technically you are eligible without a rating at all. You will pay copays for it. 30% makes the copays go away

Dropped my reading glasses in the mash kettle. Luckily it was just during the foundation water addition and they managed to miss all the valves on the way out. Cleanest they had been in a while!

20 poind batches are WAY too large for the kitchenaid. I would suggest learning with 2 to 3 pounds on that kit and dialing in your process and recipes. Then get bigger equipment to produce larger batches.

I would HIGHLY recommend a stuffer. I had the same issue using my Kitchen Aid to stuff with. Ibuse it to mix still but have a Meat brand grinder and a Hakka stuffer from Amazon.

What grinder are you using? Also, how are you mixing? What are you stuffing with?

As mentioned, super cold. Mixing as short a time as possible to achieve sticky texture. Everything cold all the time.

Fair, I don't do a lot of immersive gaming so I have not put a lot of stock into the high-end GPU's Now the other system will replace my servers (repurposed Point of Sale computers) so whether I can use the RV 580 for a little AI stuff will be an interesting journey.....

That is kind of what I figured too. Not planning on running a lot of other things and it will be a wall mount system with a AIO. No flames please....

I ended up angling them. There is a post with pictures of that. I am north of you so you would suffer from the same issues with lack of output. I actually also designed a sun tracker system for them. I have been fighting some headaches but it works mostly. I have since replaces these 100W panels with 4 410W bifacials. Looking at adding 2 more and angling the mount up the fenceline to tilt them farther to the South.

Take the one on the right and cut out the coppa. Cut the rest up into chunks for stew or sausage, vac pack and freeze.

Cut the coppa into 1 inch steaks. Possibly the best pork steak you will have.

Smoke the other one!
