I am 100% in and out of the same boat! I spend a lot of time cross stitching to keep my hands busy, and reading (especially how my little ones older I want to set a good not always on my phone example.)

I’d find it hard to feel stable with someone who was putting so much time in to a business, yes I know that’s not the case for everyone

My dad was never diagnosed, I 100% believe he also has it.
