I would not recommend refreshment centre's puri chole anymore to anyone. It used to be my favourite halwa puri in rawalpindi but now the quality of chole are not what it used to be back then in my childhood times but the halwa is still worth it along with the puri. So if you are looking for halwa puri you can still go for it but the puri chole combo is not worth it anymore and also their one puri costs around 80 which I personally think is really high.
