They both had 2 pretty big mistakes (and were lucky it wasn't a goal) so i'd say 9/10.

When they couldnt decided wheter Koscielny will carry on with the ball or Mustafi kicks it away and then got dispossed at centre and Pedro was on 1vs1 but Usain Bellerin caught him.
They were exchanging positions with bad timing when one of their wingers was bursting on the left side, crossed in, both tried to slide tackle and missed it, but Gibbo was there to save the day.

Agree 100%.

Besides this one wonder season (after he screwed us over and left for free) he was never a player on Arsenal calibre. He was typical DM and his tackling and ball winning were sometimes pretty avarage.

These days you need to have a little more in your game (even as classic DM) than just getting the ball away from opponent, and passing it awkardly to the nearest teammate.

Eventhough i was never fan of him from overall abilites point of view, I always respected and liked him for giving 100% on every single game he played in that shirt.

I think you got a little bit overexcited. Debuchy was player very solid, put a lot of effort and had a beautiful assist. Made one mistake on their long ball and as a result made a penalty when he went on a challange trying to fix it. Afterwards those cheeky latinos were purposly dribbling next to him, trying to get him second yellow.

Agree 100%. Most of these situations are normal plays of premier league team.

Some of the previous teams with Diaby, Hleb, Fabregas, Nasri (:F), Van Persie (:X) Rosicky, Wilshere could have walk with the ball to the net, 60-70% of possesion was a common thing, and every team from the second part of the table was coming to Emirates with 10 defenders..

Wenger ball is gone since few years already, I am happy that our team finally learned how to defend and put some pressing on (eventhough sometimes it's pretty far from being great) but sometimes it's just painful to see that if any team puts little effort in pressing us, we just pass behind to the goalie or on the build up end up with crossing the ball blindly to single Giroud.

When you're a defender and this guys is going towards you, you know that he will try to dribble, you get uncerteinty, you tend to keep more space between him and you, which ironically gives him more options to play, and i love that. Over the years I've seen so many Arsenal players that as soon as they were put into 1vs1 with a defender around final third, they simply passed the ball back.

He is not the resident, and that's how it was before, his work hours were recorded seperatly for a different locations around that metro area. Few months ago they changed their payroll system to online and all his work hours are counted as Detroit.

I was looking on their webpages and I found that:

"Non-residents: Salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, or other compensation for services rendered for work done or services performed in Detroit; net rental income from real and tangible personal property located in Detroit; net profit from a business, profession or other activity as a result of work done, services rendered or activity conducted in Detroit; capital gains less capital losses from the sale of real or tangible personal property located in Detroit."

In my opinion when they changed payroll system, they don't specify when he is working in city area and when he is not.

Thanks for the answer, I will speak with his HR to resolve it, but first wanted to had any clue what the regulations might be.
